Describe the bug
dogshell requires all three spiky, appkey, and api_host, however, it only prompts you for the apikey and appkey

Label the issue properly.

  • Add severity/ label.
  • Add documentation label if this issue is related to documentation changes.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  • remove your .dogrc file
  • use the dog cli
  • after setting up the new .dogrc file, try to run a command.

Expected behavior
I'd expect the CLI to prompt for every parameter required for usage.

A clear and precise description of your setup:
dog 0.49.1
python 3.12.3

Additional context
In order to get this working we have to open the .dogrc file and add a api_host field.
