Report traceback error for http_client errors

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
There is currently a hardcoded error message "Datadog API client was unable to resolve a HTTP client..." that reports when there is any issues with the request library within resolve_http_client():

Describe the solution you'd like
It would be helpful to instead provide the specific traceback error that caused the library to fail.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Traceback errors can be still be obtained, but the generic error is what will be first encountered.
