Disable info log around https://api.datadoghq.com/api/v1/series

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Our logging cost is getting high and after short investigation I found that most frequent log is coming from datadog library

Describe the solution you'd like
We want to disable above log without disabling entire INFO log

Describe alternatives you've considered
We could set logger's log level to WARN but that way we'll lose our own INFO log

You can silent datadog logs with logging.getLogger("datadog.api").setLevel(logging.WARNING). It shouldn't impact your own logs.
