Transition from live to static with LiveSim2

Description

During the face to face meeting, we discussed the transition from dynamic to static MPDs and what is required to changed in the MPD. It was highlighted that the current LiveSim2 test content does not work correctly in dash.js.

Tasks

Investigate the current dash.js behavior and compare it to the latest version of the IOP guidelines as presented during the face to face meeting.
