Description

From MPEG-DASH 6th edition:

In some cases Segment or Segment Sequence durations form a regular pattern, such as N-1 consecutive Segments with duration d0 followed by a single Segment with duration of d1. In order to support this use case the Segment or Segment Sequence duration may be provided using a Pattern element rather than the S@d attribute.
