What went well:

Most guilds stuff done for audit
Epics worked well, most shipped
Improvement in PR reviews
Finding bugs in contracts from more people working on them
Newer devs building both solidity and dxgov specific knowledge
Good tech planning on refactor

What we could do better:

Still need more code reviews and less time spent in PR
Balancing work on FE and contracts - we have a lot of code
