What went well:

• Sprint/process changes going well - More people taking interest in dxvote
• Smart contract work going well - everyone involved - getting things finished for audit!
• More pairing and collaboration - hopping on calls more frequently
• Forum prototyping complete and moving into actual integration
• Lots of progress with guilds, getting close

What we could do better:

• Story points - didn't have any this sprint
• Better descriptions around what issues are for / more prep on epics
• More reviews - things tend to sit around for quite a while (both dxvote&contracts)
• Contract architecture very complex
• Complexity in dxvote with legacy + new stuff
• Overlaps with design and implementation

• Architecture / contract explanation call (Wed?)
• Estimate issues & any new added issues
• Everyone check github reviews regularly
• More chats / calls explaining sprints then used to document them beyond the bi-weekly tech planning calls
