Tech Planning - Supporting additional guild implementations

Just putting this here for better visibility and potential additional discussion.
This was the first tech planning session we had and I think it went pretty well. Excited to have more of these to plan out additional features and how we are tackling issues at a higher level.

This flowchart showed the logic of what we have to do starting with determining the implementation then breaking down what components would need changes. Additional issues will be made for this work also.
