What went well:

• Lots of planning and discussion around how we work on smart contracts
• More people working on SC and deploying

What we could do better:

• More communication and updates from the team or just spontaneous chats on jitsi
• Better planning of issues and what may be required to implement them properly
• Feeling a little siloed in DXgov with not a lot of communication across squads
