What went well:

• On holiday, yet still lots done
• Number of quickly added changes to support DAO (new comp structure)
• Milton doing great! (shipping new vesting contract features)
• More exploration and understanding around proposal creation in guilds
• teams work still flowing smooth.
• good features to build! nice roadmap to come.

What we could do better:

• Communication, the complexities around some parts of guilds etc
• the 3 weeks sprint felt a bit weird. I would prefer still 1 week milestones, although the release is done in 3 weeks. Just for motivation of kicking out things.
