What went well:

• Refactor phase 1 COMPLETE! - Lots left to do in next phase, but good start and lots learnt
• Good estimations with refactors - and all issues generally
• Guilds design coming along nicely (UI/UX + architecture)

What we could do better:

• Things breaking ... (test deployments, mainnet indexing, everything Dave touches)
• More tight integration
• More decentralisation - Radicle etc (Pokt coming soon)
