Description
On mobile, All proposals page escapes the screen and looks broken. Also list of proposal cards looks broken.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Go to PROD env via browser on your mobile
  2. Go to any available Guild
  3. Click on All proposals button in side-bar

Expected behavior
All proposals page should be mobile responsive.
