Sometimes hit position = 0

Some hits have hit position x,y,z = 0,0,0. This is true for the old reco and kalman filter hits. If the hits are on a track, none of the hits should have position zero. At least, the z position is constrained inside the plane, but we get zeros

For now, these can be removed with a z < 11000 cut, but we don't want this long term
