Muon E ~ nu E. At least, muon E <= nu E. But in this nersc sample, Tom observed no correlation. It doesn't make sense that a 1 GeV neutrino can make a 40 GeV muon. We need to track this down

This sample includes rock muons and went through the spill builder. That may have something to do with it
