Show appropriate Greetings in Dashboard Page and fix the Date in Routine List Page #3

In the Dashboard page show the correct greeting as per the time of the day.
4 am - 1pm : Good Morning
1 pm - 5pm : Good Afternoon
5pm - 11pm: Good Evening
11pm - 4am: Good Night

In the Routine Page show the Correct Date. Use of third party libraries unless absolutely necessary is not encouraged.
