Where goes the data I proccess

Hi all,
I'm looking for a new OCR and parsing solution. I was considering Docling and just wanted to know how it processes, sends, and stores the data I feed into it.

@sarwg Docling is a pure python library, not a web service. No data goes anywhere, it stays all on your machine.

Thank you for your reply. I'm going to be able to test it on my own and maybe opt for docling as my main solution.
