We are thinking how to make all the pipeline options (including the ocr engine) as persistent config. This way users could set it once and be done. |

In reading the ocrmac docs, this it supports LiveText starting from MacOS Sonoma.
Is there any objection to making this the default in docling when ocrmac is specified as the ocr engine from the CLI?
