On Linux, the log backup with move the files into the new directories with no problems. However, Mystic will still write to the current mis.log file in the new directory until it reaches the 1 Mb size limit. It will then create a new mis.log file in the /mystic/logs directory.
On Windows, Mystic has the log files locked. So far, I have been unable to copy them or do anything with them while Mystic is running.
If there was a better way to shut down Mystic, run the backup and then restart it again. I have been able to do this via script under Linux. I haven't had a chance to do much with the Windows version.
