Unfortunately, Real-Time Global SST (RTG-SST) was discontinued in 2020. I posted a GitHub issue to the WRF repo shortly thereafter. @bbrashers helpfully posted a fortran utility that converts JPL PODAAC GHRSST NetCDF files to WPS intermediate files, that then can be ingested into metgrid.exe. Also, regarding SST, see this separate issue I had a few years back.
