Hello, I would like to ask about the causes and solutions for the following two errors:
Q1: My model domain is shown in the figure below, where the black area represents the ROMS grid, and the red and largest areas are the three nested grids of WRF. Subsequently, I encountered missing sea surface temperature (SST) results in my WRF model. Is this issue related to my ROMS model domain?
Q2: How did the anomaly around 122°20’E in the aforementioned SST figure occur? How can it be eliminated? This SST result is a difference result, showing the sensitivity (offshore wind farm) and control experiment differences (no offshore wind farm). Ideally, the wind farm area (black dotted region) should show significant differences compared to other areas, but now there are irregular anomalies downstream (with a northerly wind in February). The same anomaly can also be seen in the salinity results of the ocean simulation.

If you run WRF without ROMS, do you have a SST field that covers all the WRF domains?
if so, when you run wrf coupled with roms, the ROMS SST should just replace that data in the location of the roms grid.
