Finetune CI

Once #187 is merged, we should fine-tune the CI

• MacOS builds
• code coverage
• automatic releases (see also Automatize Linux builds with OpenBuildService #157)
• automatic update of documenation via github pages (see also Push documentation onto github pages #158)
• Possibly: Add binding tests, e.g. Fortran
• Possibly: Different build configurations/compilers
• Possibly: artifact conda packages?

Setup could be similar to DLR-SC/tigl#882

I am closing this as outdated. CI has undergone several revisions since then and some of the automation that we envisioned back in 2022 may not be worth the hassle.
