v2.7.1 pypi package - the from blenderproc.scripts.visHdf5Files import vis_data in GifWriterUtility.py is commented out, but the source code is inconsistent.

Hi,
I find from blenderproc.scripts.visHdf5Files import vis_data is commented out in the v2.7.1 pypi package.
But the source code in GitHub is inconsistent.

So, I guess the bug is in packaging workflow. It should not be commented out.

Reproduce

1. Download blenderproc-2.7.1.tar.gz from https://pypi.org/project/blenderproc/#files
2. Open blenderproc/python/writer/GifWriterUtility.py
