Adding one test case for end to end testing of the a653rs

That sounds reasonable. Could you specify what you mean by end-to-end test? We have a test case in the example of arinc653rs-linux that tests communication through sampling ports with two partitions on one hypervisor. What would the new integration test be testing? I can think of some possibilities, since we don't exactly have great test coverage right now 😬
