• Added: --watch switch can now receive optional seconds value
• Added: --extension & -x switches, to tell rendit how to treat the template content (e.g. HTML, CSS, etc.)
• Fixed: Default loading of the default.ctx.json file is now done in correct order. e.g. First attempt to load from template directory, then from working directory
• Improved --help
