At the end of spreads configuration:

Do you want to setup the focus for your cameras? [y/N]: N
Configuration file written to '/home/ralf/.config/spreads/config.yaml'
Exception AttributeError: "'NoneType' object has no attribute 'gp_camera_exit'" in  ignored

Right now, this bug report is just not useful at all.Can you please complete it? Please:

  • mention with as much detail as possible which platform you are using
  • mention the camera type and chdk revision
  • run everything in as verbose a mode as possible and include the logs
  • include all configuration files produces

Just to give you one example, there are a lot of less well supported cameras that have difficulties with setting focus lock in chdk... They will fail hard if coerced to do that.
