Much more frequent timeouts after update to v7.3

Dear all,

After servers update to v7.3 we observe much more frequent timeouts, as in the example below when submitting jobs:

Job submission failure timed out:SSLTimeoutError('timed out',)

Or in the Service logs:

Has anyone observed similar issues?
