Suggestion: split group description into better sections

At the moment everything seems to me to be a little bit mashed together. Thinking a lot lately about how to write down a concept for my own group on paper I think (at least) the following points should be discussed, separately:

• location within an existing organisation

• internal organisational structure (who reports to whom, kinds of positions)

• internal topical structure (in contrast to above: based on actual work needs)

• financial structure

• possibly more.
