Dreamcast content

It would be cool to have the content from the Dreamcast version, such as the higher quality textures and Trixie as an added skater.

1. pc releases uses dreamcast textures by treayarch
2. dreamcast uses custom format and renderer for models, it uses BON format. there is no code on the pc version to parse and render those files properly.
3. dreamcast uses PVR format. you can try to rip trixie textures and mod an existing steamer or carrera models.

worth nothing, but i actually cracked BON format recently, covers both dreamcast and xbox versions.
