2.5mm x 5.5mm Female DC Plug to Screw Terminal on purchase list -> better a 2.1mm ?

Hi,

on https://dcc-ex.com/ex-commandstation/get-started/purchasing.html it says

 a 2.5mm x 5.5mm Female DC Plug to Screw Terminal (optional, but recommended) to connect the motor shield power supply

as one optional part to purchase. But as the recommended LEDMO power adapter has a 2.1mm x 5.5mm DC output size, doesn't the plug to screw terminal has to have these dimensions as well, hence a '2.1mm x 5.5mm Female DC Plug to Screw Terminal' should be listed here?
