Merge with first-rust-competition/ni-fpga-rs?

Heya! 👋

I'm one of the @first-rust-competition maintainers, where we're also trying to bring Rust to the NI RIO platforms.

We also have a crate with bindings to NiFpga ni-fpga. We were wondering if you'd be willing to merge the code into ours - we noticed that these two crates have different subsets of features, which would be nice to bring together.
