[Feature Request] Move to Tauri framework

Electron framework is notorious for consuming too much resources, especially RAM. As an app that will run in background all the time, Muezzin shouldn't increase ram usage. And looks like you are aware of the issue, the existence of Salawat app is its proof. Aside to that, constantly moving to a newer Electron build is a hassle.

So, my suggestion is to move Muezzin to Tauri from Electron. It's lighter, faster and way less complicated than Electron; which is showing its age like an old beat up car.
