Add SRP (RFC2945/RFC5054) and J-PAKE (RFC8236) to Cryptography Registry

The cryptography registry is missing common password-authenticated key agreement (PAKE) algorithms.

This issue proposes adding the following key agreement families to schema/cryptography-defs.json:

• SRP (RFC2945, RFC5054)
• J-PAKE (RFC8236)
