When I installed and entered the game, SvHasMicro still found my microphone device, but when I opened the microphone settings it said Microphone not available!

If you have tried all the repair options found on the internet: DirectX, Visual Studio C++ 2005-2019, etc., but your microphone still does not appear when you press F11, the reason is because the version of SAMPVOICE installed on the server you connected to is different from the version you installed as a Client!
