Workaround SC2 API bugs #263 and #234 #52

It seems that we should workaround the mentioned bugs.

While Blizzard/s2client-api#234 is not cause much harm, Blizzard/s2client-api#263 is really bad.

Lets apply the simplest workaround and disable the 'Select All Larvas' setting in the game.
