too many typos

I know...

At first I blamed myself. Probably too much.

Although I knew I was responsible, I learned that my keyboard was also faulty. So, it was mostly me, and partly my keyboard.

In Spring 2022 my students helped me fix some of the typos. Many were zapped. Many still exist.

I zapped some typos in Fall 2022. There is more work to do.

It is summer 2023. Another round of more focused copy-editing is taking place. Chapters 1 to 3 have been updated.
