Your most recent update is causing my composer problems when installing.

When i do a "php /usr/local/bin/composer.phar -vvv install"

Reading /var/lib/jenkins/.composer/cache/repo/https---repo.packagist.org/provider-psr$cache.json from cache
Reading /var/lib/jenkins/.composer/cache/repo/https---repo.packagist.org/provider-paragonie$constant-time-encoding.json from cache
Reading /var/lib/jenkins/.composer/cache/repo/https---repo.packagist.org/provider-paragonie$random-compat.json from cache
Resolving dependencies through SAT
Looking at all rules.
Something's changed, looking at all rules again (pass #37)^C

Oh this is very weird 🤔

Could you paste here an example of a composer.json that reproduces this? Is it simply requiring couscous/couscous?
