We will have metadata of banks' CSR saved, and new metadata of banks' CSR being scraped. If there is a difference, this is interesting for Banktrack.

Input: two CSR documents' metadata

outputs: difference: True/False

MVP: diff-er for pdfs first and log if there's a .doc (or any other type of document)
