Description

Minor improvements to do:

1. Make API and FTP use ISO codes. This required find or create a mapping between ISO and FIPS codes.
2. Filter out inactive stations in FTP connector.
3. Add PSUN, TSUN and SNOW on the requested variables.
4. Drop MFLAG and SFLAG on FTP integration
5. Add formatter to FTP data
6. Update Example Notebook

PSUN, TSUN not coming from data sources, I checked by querying without the dataTypes field passed in the link
still working on remaining points

I checked the FTP, the field exists for some stations, wrong call
