nnUNet did not improve with Frangi, it might be because it was already very powerful and expressive.

We could probably get a smaller algorithm (like a simple CNN or a small UNet) to perform very well thanks to Frangi, and it would be faster thant nnUNet hopefully (which takes 30minutes per image in inference)
