[SPIKE] Explore the libraries to easily share a page on social platforms (including Lens, Farcaster, etc.)

The goal would be to find a library easing the sharing of a page to social platforms.
It should cover the usual web2 such as Facebook, Twitter/X or LinkedIn, and if possible the web3 platforms such as Lens and Farcaster.
