Some settings, in particular GrpTRESMins, which allows to set a cap of resource utilization

require the Priority Multifactor pluggin:
https://slurm.schedmd.com/priority_multifactor.html#mfjppintro

This would be useful to set a limit on how much overall resources can be consumed by a given cluster.
