Implement 𝐾-matrix formalism

AmpForm v0.11.0 introduced the infrastructure for creating symbolic expressions for the K-matrix and P-vector (relativistic and non-relativistic). The next step is to build coupled amplitude models that provide suggested parameter values from a number of QRules StateTransitionCollections.
