AmpForm is not a dependency of TensorWaves v0.4.0 anymore. In addition, it will become possible to install a 'light-weight' version of TensorWaves from v0.4.1 on. This makes it possible to create faster widgets in the documentation with TensorWaves.

It may also be worth considering to merge and remove functionality from symplot and work with these computational backend functions instead.
