Revisit adding images to references/related content links

This issue is just a reminder to down the line consider adding more options of icons or thumbnails to links related to a video. Some discussed options are:

• Use mini coding train characters
• Video thumbnails
• Images

This is originally mentioned in #63 and #65

@fdoflorenzano as you can see I'm doing a review of old, out-of-date issues. I've forgotten what this is about specifically, do you remember better than me and is this something you think we should continue to leave open for the future?

@shiffman as far as i can tell from old discussion, this seems to be about using CT characters / YT thumbnails / custom images for group links (references, videos, etc), rather than emoji icons:

Hello there! Yes, I believe @dipamsen is right :) I'm unsure what the state of that is right now, but back then only emojis were thought of.

Thank you! I'll leave this open for a future possibility if someone wants to work on it, but not a high priority right now.
