A user reported that after the latest update, the exclusions are no longer working as expected. He has some exclusions set in the Post Format tab and in the queue, he can see posts with tags that are excluded.
Thanks for reporting it. If the issue doesn't happen on a fresh instance, can you try to remove tags and add them again? Or just re-save the settings? Maybe it needs the refresh only to work.
@vytisbulkevicius, it seems to be working for me now. However, in his case, no exclusion was applied. I created new exclusions on his website: songwriter and writer, but those were not applied.
