This entry introduces Scenario Mapping, a UX design method that defines user scenarios to aid in aligning teams, prioritizing features, and supporting user-centered design. It helps map out real-world interactions that inform product decisions.

The entry includes:

  • A definition of scenario mapping
  • Its relevance to UX and cross-functional collaboration
