Sometimes when you copy a text from an opened file and then paste it inside the same file, CodeEdit crashes completely and closes

Description

It happens quite often then you copy some text and paste it within the same file, so CodeEdit crashes right away.
Then you reopen CodeEdit, so the same copy/paste action and CodeEdit crashes and closes again

To Reproduce

1. Copy some text in a cpp file.
2. Paste it in another place within the same cpp file.
3. CodeEdit crashes instantly and closes.
4. You reopen CodeEdit and you repeat the same copy/paste
5. CodeEdit crashes again and closes

Expected Behavior

CodeEdit should not fail on copy/paste
