Make the responsibilities page simpler

Simplify this way way way way wayyyyyyy down. I want to see lots of whitespace. It should be really easy to digest. Try to make the points one or two lines at most each. Use bullets instead of lots of headings.

Anything that really is a good idea to write more about (like the attitude part under Hatchlings) turn into it's own dev hatchery article and link to it.
