The Spo2 implementation of Nemcova uses green and red peaks at the same time in the signal. right now, there is no filtering of the peaks and thus it is a requirement that the algo find all peaks.

We need to had a step that remove a peak in the signal if the equivalent peak isn't present in the other signal
