When files are uploading or sync'ing, show the relevant progress wheels

In this screen shot, I had uploaded three files at the same time (one being very large, taking a while to appear in the list). If there are jobs related to files (uploading, sync'ing, etc) show the progress wheels somewhere so the user has an indication that something is going on / they need to wait a while longer. Making it possible to click on the wheel to see the job details would be useful.
